We offer several other payment options as well: Master Card, VISA, Discover, and personal checks. Many times we are also able to file claims with your secondary insurance provider. If not, we provide you with the details of the services you received, so that you can use the appropriate information to file the claim with your insurance company.

Patients without insurance coverage are responsible for all charges incurred. Payment in full at the time of service is expected and customary. If financial assistance is necessary, we may be able to make payment arrangements that are mutually agreeable.
