We welcome new patients to Atlantic Urological Associates. We look forward to closely working with you in your urological health care decisions. Patients are seen by appointment at all locations, Monday through Friday. Please contact the office nearest to you for available appointments.

When your first appointment is scheduled, you will be asked to bring:

  • Picture ID

  • Current Insurance card(s)

  • Previous/current medical records including x-rays

  • All of your current medications

  • Any referals required by your insurance plan

  • Review our privacy policy

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment in order to complete any necessary paperwork with our staff. Should you have questions or concerns, please contact the office where you have scheduled your appointment.
