Howard B. Epstein, MD, FACS
Board certified by the American Board of Urology
Dr. Epstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. He received his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he completed his training in urology. Upon graduation, Dr. Epstein spent one year as Assistant Professor of Surgery in Jacksonville before returning to Gainesville to serve as Chief of Urology at the Gainesville Veteran Administration Medical Center, and residency director for the Urology residency program at the University of Florida. In 1995, he returned to the University's Jacksonville campus (Shands Jacksonville) where he became Chief of the Division of Urology.

Dr. Epstein is a member of the American Urological Association and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Epstein's medical experience is in the areas of urinary incontinence, bladder dysfunction, prostate disease, and oncology. He also has extensive experience in impotence and kidney stone disease.

He practices in our St. Augustine office.
