Sean P. Tirney, MD

Dr. Tirney received his Bachelor's degree at Duke University in 1988, and his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 1994. He completed his residency and training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2000.

Dr. Tirney is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association, the Florida Medical Society and the Endourological Society.

Although he treats all manner of urological disorders, Dr. Tirney has a special interest in male and female incontinence, along with ablative therapy for cancer using both cryogenic and radio frequency technologies.

Dr. Tirney joined Atlantic Urological Associates in 2010, and practices in our DeLand and Orange City Offices.
